Shipping, Returns, & FAQ

Shipping Information

All items will receive standard shipping unless otherwise noted. Rush delivery / priority may be an option but will cost more and that will need to be communicated as soon as the order is placed. The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies, but orders should be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order. Please allow more time during holidays and promotions. Shipping costs vary per product.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Delivery confirmation is not available on international items.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

In the event that you are not satisfied, we also won't be satisfied. Please let us know if your item doesn't make it in one piece or if you're missing something.

Some things are out of our control (like rough handling during delivery.) However, we're happy to replace your item at no additional cost to you (as long as we are provided with a photo of damaged good.)

If you change your mind about the order, please return and we will give you a full-refund for the item's original price (assuming it is not in used condition). 

For exchanges, please communicate what you want, send it back and we will send you the new item. It will be sent after we receive payment for the shipping, as that is all you will be charged.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
